Ricky Sanghera
With deep family roots in the construction industry, Ricky’s transition into the real estate industry was a seamless one. He remembers his childhood visiting job sites with his father, both residential and commercial, and witnessing hard work transform dreams into reality. At age 18, Ricky left his hometown of Surrey, BC and went to pursue continuing education overseas. He obtained a BSc (Hons) in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Greenwich, while learning valuable life lessons and gaining an appreciation for his hometown like never before. Upon return to Vancouver, Ricky began the process of verifying his credentials and searching for a position as a pharmaceutical sales rep. In the meantime, he had the opportunity to return his summer job at a mobile wireless shop, but this time a sales manager. It was at this job, while honing his management skills, Ricky decided to combine his sales expertise with his inherited knowledge of the construction industry. Shortly after his return from the United Kingdom, Ricky enrolled at the UBC’s Sauder School of Business and began his real estate journey. Ricky understands the importance of transparent and honest dealings, and having the client’s interest top of mind. It is this dedication that has been central to his success. From last-minute showings to negotiating “complicated” land assembly contracts, every request is handled with the utmost efficiency and expertise, servicing his philosophy.
In his spare time, Ricky loves to explore the vast beauty of beautiful British Columbia. On days off, you may find him taking a walk through trails of White Pine, or exploring the waters of the Burrard inlet.
